    Alex Slandzicki, MD

    Alex, "Jamie", currently practices family medicine at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN and serves as medical director of two area nursing homes as well as hospice.

    Dr. Slandzicki has over 10 years of research experience in several areas including diabetes, infectious disease, Alzhiemer’s and pulmonology.

    Founder and CEO of the Clinical Trials Center of Middle Tennessee.  Demonstrating leadership and passion during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clinical Trial Center was the first, non-academic, research-based hospital awarded a grant to enroll first responders in a clinical trial.

    Jon Williams, Ph.D.

    Jon is a Clinical Coordinator in Rheumatology and Immunology.

    Jon is passionate about disinfection.  Acting on the challenges presented by COVID-19, Jon formed The Clean Living Company, Inc. to offer disinfecting services.  Jon is now supporting and advising BluCities in a number of areas including the introduction of new products which will shortly include a product that provides residual disinfecting claims for many days after the initial treatment.

    Jon’s background is invaluable in ensuring that the products that BluCities uses and brings to market are backed by sound, clinical, third-party verified research.

    Chris Lunsford

    Chris has more safety and medical certifications than we could conveniently place in a summary biography.

    First and foremost, Chris is a patriot and medical professional who served many tours with the naval special operations.

    Chris has received numerous awards for setting the “gold standard” for environmental and health safety.   He’s won the Tennessee (TN) Commissioner’s award for excellence in safety 2018 and the TN Governor’s award for excellence in safety 2019-2020, 2020-2021.

    Chris is OSHA and ISO certified and provides incredible insights into how BluCities’ technologies and services can be integrated and supported with a complete perspective on risk management, regulatory compliance and health and employee safety.

    Michele Lee

    Michele Lee has 30 years of experience in Vascular Access and 25 years of experience in clinical education. She began her career an oncology staff nurse for St. Jude’s Children’s Cancer Research Center.  In 1993, Michele founded Lee Medical Inc., and has provided vascular access consulting, program management, team training, and staff development services for hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, hospice facilities and long-term care facilities.


    Michele is a leader in the following organizations:

    • Middle TN Organization of Nurse Executives, past chair-person 2010
    • American Organization of Nurse Executives, Member and Speaker
    • TN Center for Patient Safety, Safety Partner & Speaker

    Tim Malone

    Tim Malone is a Corporate Sales Executive with Abbott Medical Device and has been with the organization since 2009 in roles with increasing responsibilities.  Tim is responsible for a sales plan of approximately $150 million in annual revenues while maintaining and growing relationships with the CEOs, CFOs, Supply Chain Leadership, Physician Key Opinion Leaders, and Clinical Department Lab Staff.

    From 2018 through 2023, Tim was the Founding Partner, CEO, and President of HighGround Global Consulting.  During the COVID pandemic, HighGround Global Consulting/ TNTestExpress was Middle Tennessee's Premier Community COVID Testing Facility and worked closely with several internationally based businesses providing Fit-2-Fly Medical Certificates for Executives traveling back and forth.

    Tim spent 6-years in the United States Navy stationed in San Diego, California, and participated in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.  
     
    Tim holds an MBA and BA in Science, focusing on business and marketing.  Tim also holds licenses as an FAA Private Pilot and NAUI Dive Master with over 2000 hours of underwater experience
